We will contact you if there is a sudden health concern, incident or accident at school regarding your child. To do this we will need your help in filling in your EMERGENCY CARD each year. An up-to-date card is your child's safeguard of proper treatment. SO, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY OF ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND MEDICAL ATTENTION ETC.
