Sickness & Accident Register

Details of all students are kept so that contact may be made with the home in the event of sickness or accident at school. Therefore it is most important that you complete all relevant information on the admission form and emergency information sheet. Please let the school know immediately if any changes occur. That is new address, telephone number, and place of work, doctor, neighbour or emergency contact. Parents are notified when first aid is administered so you may follow up with relevant treatment.
